Firefighting is a competition for girls and women, aimed at encouraging young people who are under-engaged in engineering and technology to develop the skills they need to succeed in these fields. The robots are tasked with locating four candles placed on the competition area and extinguishing them within a given time.

• A maximum of 5 members + 2 mentors per team can be registered for this competition;

Robotex Girls Firefighting competition takes place in three age groups:

• OPEN – Open category without age restriction.
• U19 – At the competition day up to 18 y.o. (including 18 y.o.).
• U14 – At the competition day up to 13 y.o. (including 13 y.o.).
