Robotex will take place 5.-7. November in Saku Suurhall. To make sure that everything goes smoothly, please read and follow the instructions below.
COVID rules at Robotex
In accordance with the new regulations set by the Estonian government, we will be checking valid corona passports with ID cards at Robotex. Young people aged 12-18 must also show either a vaccination certificate or a negative test result.
What does this mean?
With the covid-pass check, we will have the possibility to guarantee access for everyone to the Robotex International event, so please be patient and be aware that it will take some time to get into the area.
You must be present in order to be part of the audience:
- Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
The EU digital COVID certificate can be generated by the patient portal at digilugu.ee. Be sure to save the certificate on your phone or print it out so you don’t have to search for it on the spot!
- Young people aged 12-18 must have a negative coronavirus test or a certificate of vaccination, called a COVID passport, in order to enter the event.
- Under 12s will be admitted without a certificate and passport.
On site in front of the Saku Suurhall, the organiser will provide the opportunity to take the test for an additional fee. Testing will be carried out by Businext Eesti OÜ.
The quick test costs €5/15 for the visitor and the answers can be obtained on the spot within 10-15 minutes. The 5€ test would be valid for two days and for that a wristband will be given by the testers. The €15 quick test is meant for foreigners valid for 48 hours and includes a QR code sent to your mobile phone or a printout on the spot.
NOTE: In case of a positive result of the quick test, the ticket money is non-refundable!
Please do not come with a quick test that you have made yourself, nor is it a valid test even if it is made on the spot from an unopened box. The only test that is acceptable to us is a test carried out on site by medical staff.
NOTE: Masks must be worn at Robotex! The event organiser will distribute masks free of charge on site if necessary.
