Korean Visa Support for Participating Teams
Dear Robotex Family,
Currently, official invitation letters are being issued upon request to assist teams with their Korean visa applications.
However, we understand that visa requirements vary significantly by country and that teams from certain regions are facing strict and challenging visa procedures to enter South Korea.
To support teams experiencing difficulties, the organizing committee is coordinating directly with the Incheon Metropolitan City Government and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) of the Republic of Korea to issue official cooperation letters to local Korean Embassies and Consulates.
If your teams require this diplomatic support, please compile the following participant details and submit them in an Excel spreadsheet:
- Full Name (as shown on passport)
- Date of Birth
- Passport Number
- Contact Information (phone & email)
- Passport Copies (clear scanned PDF or image files attached)
- Team info: Name, Category, Registration status

All submissions must be compiled and forwarded to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Justice in a single batch. Due to administrative procedures, late submissions cannot be added afterward. Please ensure your national teams submit their details strictly before the deadline.
